Our sparkling cider is brewed to meet the exacting standards of a very specific demographic. Us. We know you can’t get a quality product by starting with apple juice concentrate and then trying to brew it. All you end up with is fermented cordial – which tastes as bad as it sounds. That’s why our little company does things very differently to most cider makers. For starters, our cider is actually made from apples! In fact six of them go into every bottle.
